ADC [L’Incubateur] : une nouvelle génération de talents pour 2027
À la croisée de la création, du savoir-faire et de l’entrepreneuriat, ADC [L’Incubateur] accompagne depuis 2012 les talents de l’accessoire et de la filière Cuir dans la construction et le développement de leurs projets.
Sous la direction de Virginie Trento, l’incubateur a fait évoluer son accompagnement autour d’une approche globale de l’entrepreneuriat, réunissant stratégie, production, financement, gouvernance et mise en relation avec l’écosystème du luxe. Une vision qui porte aujourd’hui ses résultats : 105 entreprises lauréates accompagnées, plus de 600 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires généré et 550 emplois directs créés.
Pour sa promotion Lauréat 2027, ADC ouvre un nouveau chapitre avec Jennifer Cuvillier, Directrice du style au Bon Marché Rive Gauche, qui présidera le jury et sera également marraine de la promotion.

At the intersection of creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship, ADC [L’Incubateur] has been supporting talent in the accessories and leather sectors since 2012, helping entrepreneurs build and develop their projects.
Under the direction of Virginie Trento, the incubator has evolved its support around a comprehensive approach to entrepreneurship, bringing together strategy, production, financing, governance and connections with the luxury ecosystem. A vision that is reflected in its results today: 105 laureate companies supported, more than €600 million in revenue generated and 550 direct jobs created.
For its 2027 Laureate Cohort, ADC opens a new chapter with Jennifer Cuvillier, Style Director at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, who will chair the jury and also serve as the cohort’s mentor.

With "Astre Mobile," Maison Lacmé transcends the automobile's primary function, elevating it into a masterful canvas of artistic expression and haute artisanat. Directed by Antoine Tauvel, this first manifesto work utilizes a fully transparent bodywork to reveal the poetry of traditionally hidden mechanics. The excellence of twelve French artisans is embedded in every detail—from a porcelain gear knob to a feather marquetry speedometer—each conceived with a principle of reversibility to exist as independent works of art. Exhibited at the Hôtel de la Marine from September 9 to 27 during Paris Design Week, this mobile cabinet of curiosities boldly reimagines the ordinary through the lens of pure craftsmanship.
